Do you moderate large scale communities? Do you like interacting with a growing community? We are seeking a Community Manager who can help us shape the way we interact with our community and provide support to our moderation team. REPORTS TO: President NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1 DUTIES: Manage a team of moderators to help maintain our official community channels Help create rules and policies to better enhance community interaction Provide ground level moderation when required QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in mid to large sized communities as a moderator or admin Excellent organizational skills Works well with others A solid understanding of FCI and the community it represents Be an active member of the community

The FCI chat is big and that means we need some help to make sure people are following the rules and not doing things that they shouldn’t be. We are seeking Moderators who can help maintain the vibes in our chats and be able to provide support to community members when needed. REPORTS TO: Community Manager NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 3 DUTIES: Moderate official FCI chats (deleting bad messages, kicking / banning, etc.) Assist community members when questions arise QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in communities as a moderator is an asset Ability to interpret rules and policies and apply them accordingly Works well with others A solid understanding of FCI and the community it represents Be an active member of the community

Our events are mostly discovered through word of mouth and social media. So we’re seeking a Social Media Manager who can be our guru to get important information out there and interact with our community via our social channels. REPORTS TO: President NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1 DUTIES: Post announcements to our social media accounts as needed Regularly update management on social analytics Assist in creating announcements QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working on social media accounts is an asset Ability to add creative flair to posts Can post in a timely manner A solid understanding of FCI and the community it represents Be an active member of the community

Sometimes Caustic needs help coming up with ideas or designs for merchandise. They already have a lot on our plate and may need people to assist in completing artwork for our events. This is where the Art Team comes in! REPORTS TO: Director of Art and Merchandising NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 2 DUTIES: Help brainstorm design ideas for merchandise or other art assets Do base sketches as needed Complete line work, colouring, shading if needed QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working with other people as a team, be it art or otherwise Works well with others Digital art experience Experience with line art/ colouring / shading digitally Must be comfortable with potentially collaborating with other artists (one does sketching, one does lines, one does colours, etc) Be an active member of the community All qualified applicants must include a link to a gallery or portfolio where artwork is shown. With the growth of our events, so too does the need for health and safety protocols. We are seeking an individual who has experience in the areas of occupational health and safety, as well as general safety to help keep our events as safe as possible. REPORTS TO: President NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1 DUTIES: Create and maintain health and safety plans / policies Provide basic safety training to new staff members Provide ground level support at events for first aid / security QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in health and safety roles an asset Must be certified in Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED Active security licensing not required but preferred Excellent communication skills Works well with others A solid understanding of FCI and the community it represents
